Withdrawal Statuses Explained

At Sway Markets, we understand the importance of transparency and clear communication with our clients. That's why we have put together this FAQ to explain our withdrawal statuses and what they mean for you.

Q: What do the 'Processing' and 'Waiting for Approval' statuses mean?

A: The Processing/Waiting for Approval statuses indicate that your withdrawal request has been successfully submitted and the withdrawal process has been initiated. Your request will now undergo safety and security checks before being approved. This process typically takes up to 24 hours.

We want to assure you that we take the safety and security of their funds seriously. By conducting thorough checks before approving withdrawals, we aim to protect you from any potential risks or fraudulent activities.

Q: What does the 'Payout' status mean?

A:
This status indicates that the withdrawal has been approved, and a payout transaction has been generated on the Blockchain. It is currently awaiting confirmation on the Blockchain. Kindly note that the speed and capacity of the Blockchain is beyond our control.

Q: What does the 'Done' status mean?

A:
This status indicates that the withdrawal payout has been confirmed on the Blockchain, and the funds have been successfully transferred and received in your personal Crypto Wallet.

Q: What does the 'Waiting for Verification' status mean?

A: Once a withdrawal is requested, a 2FA request is sent to your email to click on the OTP verification link for added security for your peace of mind. Make sure that you provide and confirm your wallet address before clicking on the OTP Verification link.

Withdrawals in the "Waiting for Verification" status will be automatically canceled if not verified within one hour from the time of the withdrawal request.

Q: What does the 'Failed' status mean?

A:
This status indicates that the withdrawal has failed due to an invalid wallet address provided. Additionally, a withdrawal may fail if the network fee at the time of the request is deemed too high for the requested amount, ensuring you do not incur excessive fees. You can attempt to request the withdrawal again immediately or try again later.
