We have simplified the verification process for our Nigerian clients, making it easier and faster to verify accounts.
You can proceed using just your National Identification Number (NIN). However, you also have the option to verify your account using one of the following alternative documents:
- Digital NIN Slip
- Passport
- Driver's License
- National ID Card
Follow these simple steps to complete your account verification:
Choose the Country
Upon signing up you will be presented with the option to select your Country, please go ahead and select 'Nigeria'.
Provide Your Data
After selecting your country, you will be redirected to enter your National Identification Number (NIN).
Once you have submitted your data, please proceed with the verification process by completing the following steps:
Complete the Liveness Check
After submitting your NIN number, you'll be prompted to complete a liveness check. This step usually takes just a few minutes to complete.
Provide Your Home Address
Enter your current residential address as part of the verification process. Make sure all details are accurate for a smooth experience.
Phone Verification
Verify your phone number to ensure all contact details are correct and up-to-date.
Upon completion of all verification steps, your account will be reviewed, typically within 1 to 3 minutes.
