How can I transfer funds from Helio wallet to my Sway Markets Account?

When using Pay by Card through Helio to deposit funds, they won't be transferred automatically to your Sway Markets account. You'll need to authorize the transfer. Below are the steps to smoothly transfer your funds.

If funds have been deducted from your bank account and you've received an email confirming the successful transaction, please proceed with the following steps.

Login to Helio:

  • Visit https://app.hel.io.
  • Click on 'Continue with email' and log in using the email address or Google account linked to your Helio deposit widget registration.

Access Your Helio Wallet and Check Available Funds:

  • Navigate to the Helio Wallet on your dashboard.
  • Verify the amount of funds available in your Helio wallet.
  • Compare this amount with the deposit request in your Sway Markets account.

Authorize Your Transfer:

If the available balance in your Helio wallet matches the deposit request on Sway Markets, follow these steps:

  • Click on the deposit ID in your account.
  • You will be redirected to a new pop-up. 
  • Enter your email address and click on "Pay."

  • A new pop-up will appear; please approve the transfer of funds to your account.

If your Helio wallet has less than the requested deposit amount, you'll need to create a new deposit request on Sway Markets for an amount equal to or less than what is available in your Helio wallet.

  • Select 'Pay by Card' as the deposit method.
  • Enter the amount and currency (ensure the deposit amount does not exceed the balance available in your Helio wallet).
  • Once redirected to a new pop-up, read the instructions carefully and click 'Pay' (you won't be charged from your bank).
  • Sign in to Helio using the email address linked to your Helio wallet, click 'Pay', and then approve the transfer.

After completing these steps and receiving a "Success" notification, you should see the outgoing transaction on your Helio wallet, and your funds should be transferred and credited instantly.
