Logging into your Live Account

Please follow the steps below to log into your Sway Charts live account for the first time:

How to search for the credentials:

Check your spam, junk mail, and promotions folders. If you still cannot find it, you can locate your Sway Charts credentials by clicking on the notification button (envelope icon) which is located on the top right corner of the screen while logged into your Sway Charts account.

Ensure to insert the email address in lower-case.
