When you create a live or demo account with Sway Markets, you will receive an email containing your login credentials and the Sway Charts link. If you haven't received this email, please check your spam, junk mail, and promotions folders to ensure it hasn't been missed.
Locating Your Credentials On Your Sway Markets Account
Another way to find your account credentials is by clicking the notification button, represented by an envelope icon, located at the top right corner of your Sway Markets account.
Logging In: Username
Your Sway Charts username is the email address associated with your Sway Markets account. To avoid any login issues, make sure to enter your email address in lowercase letters when logging into the platform.
Finding Credentials on Your Phone
- Click the three-line menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Scroll down and select the mail icon to view your credentials.
