Locating Trade Order ID's

How can I locate my Trade Order ID?

There are several ways to find your trade IDs. Please note that the Order ID typically consists of 9 digits.

Here are the methods to locate your trade IDs:

1. Through the 'List' Tab

• Navigate to the List tab on your dashboard.
• Here, you will find your full trade history, along with the relevant ID for each trade located on the left-hand side.
  
  

2. Via 'Account History'

• Go to the sidebar and select Account History.
• Then, click on the Orders tab to view your trade orders and their corresponding IDs.

On Your Phone

If you're accessing your trading account from the application on your phone, please follow the steps below to locate your trade IDs:

1. Through the List Tab

• Click on View. A new pop-up will appear.
  
  
• Select List from the pop-up.
  
  
• Once selected, you will find the order IDs on the left-hand side of your screen.
  
  

2. Through the Account History Tab

• Go to the sidebar and select Account History.
• Then, click on the Orders tab to view your trade orders and their corresponding IDs.
