Depositing Funds Via Card

How do I deposit funds into my Sway Markets account via Card?

To request a deposit, click on 'Pay with Card'.

Next, click on 'Confirm', and select whether the funds will be transferred to your wallet or directly to your live account. Insert the amount and currency and click the 'Continue' button.

After clicking Continue, to proceed, click on 'Pay'.

You will now be redirected to a new page to complete your deposit, where you can select and confirm the amount and currency. Once confirmed, simply click 'Pay with Card' to proceed.

When using Helio for the first time, you need to register using your email or Google.

You are required to input your email address and code, which is sent to your email inbox.

Helio on Sway Markets currently offers Transak, Unlimit, and Moonpay as payment providers. While all three enable users to purchase crypto using card payments, they differ in terms of supported countries and available fiat currencies.

We recommend that clients review these specifics and select the payment method that best suits their preferences.

If you receive an error message stating that your country or state is not supported, kindly explore alternative third-party payment methods.

It is important to ensure that the amount of funds deposited in your Helio wallet is equal to or greater than the amount requested in your deposit request. If you deposit less than the required amount, your transaction may be unsuccessful or experience delays.

Continue by selecting your preferred on-ramp provider and click 'Add Funds'

After clicking 'Add Funds,' you'll see the fees charged by the third-party service provider, the applicable rate, and the amount you will receive. Verify the purchase amount, choose your payment method, and click 'Buy Now.' The available payment methods include:

  • Visa or Mastercard (Card Payment)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Cash App
  • Bank Wire (Note: The wire transfer timeframe depends on your bank)

A new code will be sent to you after re-entering your email address. You will then be prompted to complete the KYC process and provide your card details.

Upon completing the KYC process, a new security code will be sent to the email you used during registration. After receiving the code, add your card or bank details and click 'Confirm' to finalize your deposit.

Note that when selecting a different method for the first transfer, you would need to input the card details once again.

A pop-up notification will appear, confirming that your order is being processed, and you will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

You can then choose to either return to the app by selecting 'Back to App' or monitor the status of your order by clicking 'Track the Order'.

Authorising your Transaction:

After receiving the confirmation email and the funds are available in your Helio wallet, verify that the balance matches the deposit request made on Sway Markets.

Select the deposit ID, enter your email address, and you will be redirected to a new pop-up, click 'Pay' and approve the transfer.

Once the transaction is approved, refresh the page and the funds will be updated in your
wallet or live account.

If you're encountering difficulties transferring funds from your Helio wallet to your account, try the following steps:

  • Log into your Sway Markets account
  • Click Deposit
  • Select Pay by Card as the deposit method
  • Enter the desired amount and currency (the deposit amount should not exceed the available Helio funds)
  • Click Continue and Confirm
  • Read the instructions and click Pay with card (you won't be charged from your bank)
  • Sign in to Helio with the same email address used to add funds, click Pay, and then Approve the deposit.

Once your Helio funds are transferred to your Sway Markets wallet, you may need to refresh the page if they're not immediately visible. Afterward, you can transfer your funds to your trading account.
